This section includes essential legal information, privacy policies and details regarding refunds and cancellations. We prioritise your safety, satisfaction and a clear understanding of our guidelines to ensure a seamless and memorable experience with us.
Booking and Payments:
Secure your spot on the Dolphin, Yoga, and Sound Healing Retreat by submitting a completed booking form and a 50% deposit.
The balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat commences.
Travel Documentation:
South African passport holders do not need a visa for Mozambique.
Non-South African passport holders must check additional documentation requirements with the Department of Home Affairs.
Children's Travel:
Children under 18 traveling with one parent need a Parental Consent Affidavit and an unabridged birth certificate.
Ensure passports are valid for six months after leaving Mozambique.
Itinerary:
The provided itinerary is subject to change due to weather and other factors.
Soulpod Retreats may replace cancelled activities with suitable alternatives.
Acceptance:
A written confirmation of booking establishes a contract between Soulpod Retreats and the client.
The contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions, deemed read and understood by the client.
Client Responsibilities:
Travel to Maputo International Airport prior to and after the retreat, is not included.
Clients are responsible for personal medical needs, clothing and footwear.
Inform Soulpod Retreats in writing of any health issues.
Ensure timely payment of the retreat cost.
Purchase adequate travel and medical insurance.
Cancellation by the Client:
Cancellation charges are based on the number of days before the arrival date.
More than 90 days: 75% of the amount paid.
Between 60 and 90 days: 50% of the amount paid.
Less than 60 days: 10% of the amount paid.
Cancellation by Soulpod Retreats:
Soulpod Retreats may cancel a booking, offering an alternative date or a full refund.
Extra Costs:
Additional drinks and snacks are not included in the retreat cost.
Complaints:
Report any problems to Soulpod Retreats for prompt resolution.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the services' end.
